1. Does field/site inspection of projects applied for Locational Clearance.

2. Does field/site inspection of projects applied for issuance of Certificate of Occupancy.

3. Submits inspection reports to the Zoning Officer/Administrator immediately after field/site inspection.

4. Does regular and spot-monitoring of construction projects in the municipality and he shall inform those found without prior locational clearance to apply to the Zoning Administration Office.

5. Does secretariat tasks of Local Zoning Board of Adjustment and Appeals (LZBAA) and Local Zoning Review Committee (LZRC).

6. Other tasks given from time to time.
