A total of five-hundred one farmers from different barangays whose rice farm damaged by the heavy rain and flashfloood caused by Typhoon Paeng received palay seeds on Thursday, February 16, 2023 at the Municipal Covered Court, Libungan, Cotabato through the initiative of the Provincial Government of Cotabato.
